We often hear it nowadays don't we - that we are all made up of energy, and that is true for everything in our world, so when your own internal energy system (the chakras) is out of sink, it really does have a profound effect on our reality and how we respond to what is happening around us.
In these sessions, I connect with your energy and use a combination of Reiki (founded by Reiki Master Dr Mikao Usui) and Intuitive Guidance to release stagnant energy and blocks to recalibrate and bring you back to a natural energy flow.
